Earlier this year, I bought my above new Lenovo PC through your Representative in Tripoli, Lebanon, with a 1-year warranty.

I was so pleased with it, I wanted to buy the Tablet also for my business., but a problem developed. I use Adobe Connect for my work on a daily basis.

Suddenly, my webcam was not displaying my image to my clients. I contacted the Representative, he requested for the PC. He showed me the webcam working on both Skype & YouTube. But it would not work on Adobe Connect.

He suggested I file this complaint directly to you.

I am using my older PC now, not to block my work, until you can resolve this problem.

I cannot continue this way for long. Please advise what should be done.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Products when they work.

I didn't like: Service is the worse.
