I bought the "FLAGSHIP" model because it was supposed to be the best model. I've had it for two months and hardly used it.
When I needed to use it as a tablet, I turned it 180 and the screen cracked. I sent it back and they want me to pay $250 for A new screen. I'm old, I had trouble paying the $500.00. They said on the phone they have had problems with other models screen cracking but not mine.
Ya, sure!! I'm not going to pay again for a defect in your product! So you are sending me back $500.00 dollars worth of junk!! No one wants to be responsible.
I HOPE AND PRAY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE RECONSIDER BEFORE BUYING YOUR PRODUCT AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT IS RESPONSIBLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I pray you do not prosper with my money!
