I sent an email to lenovo and they simply blocked the message and didn't reply to the message. I still don't know why they are supposed to check inquiries and feedbacks and reply to it for improvements and to fix current issues and problems. I got an email from PissedConsumer that Lenovo received the message but they didn't reply to it. I hope they get the feedback and try to fix this problem.

Indicated it would take a month once they got it. I called in and had it escalated and they shipped it in less than 1 week but this is when the trouble started, they shipped it to the wrong address/state!

I have been working with the support department and to say they move slow is an understatement, 2 weeks after it was delivered I am still waiting for a resolution. Lol, the tablet has gone out of warranty and I have no idea when I will get it. Lenovo Service is horrible, I cannot even figure out how to contact someone their to get some answers. the person I am dealing with now is the case manager (Tumeka) but I would say this person does not have a clue.

If you get assigned to her I would suggest asking to have the case reassigned. I would say it would be worth the additional 3 to 4 business days it will cost you.

If I get it back I may have a Tablet for sale... cheap!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. A new machine with a new big harddrive as I needed.

On the week of the 30th of May 2023 I have had several conversations with Lenovo agents, both pre-sale and post-sale to determine the right machine I'm after. I clearly explained the type of expectations I have for it and the main condition which is to use my existing harddrive in the new machine.
Long story short, I received a machine different from what the agent advised.

He said that the P series is the only machines with 2 harddisk spaces and that I could replace it with mine as the warranty will not expire if I open and customize this machine.
I paid 4K and waited 3 weeks with excitement just to find that I received a machine I cannot use, all thanks to multiple amateur sales agents, which I actually needed to make an informative decision, which they get paid to do!
But that's not all of course. After informing this disappointment to customer service, I've been put on hold for the last 5 days because apparently, 2 different departments needs to respond to the machine's specs, which I have no idea why or what this is for.
What I do know is that I paid EXTRA $486 for "Premium Support Plus" as part of my purchase, just to find that I need to wait for god knows how long until someone cares about my situation. So instead of processing a return of this machine or helping me determine what IS the machine I can actually have instead, I'm just waiting for another nearly a week for nothing.
Next, I'll wait for more to process the return.,
Next, I'll wait for processing the next order of a machine + shipment, and all of that when I clearly asked to mark this as urgent with the "Premium Support Plus" included.
I reckon my new machine, which I replace once in 10+ years (so exciting right!?), will be here after 2 months of waiting and emails between Lenovo.
On top of this all, if and once Lenovo asks me to PAY for this mistake of their amateur agents and the expense of returning the shipment, as I expect they might, I'll just explode with anger, so that's another exciting step to look forward to. Thank you Lenovo for all this frustration on what should have been a happy occasion.

After a long chain of emails and phone calls, today, the 4th of July, I received a new machine with better specs for a similar price, which seems like a reasonably good outcome right?

wrong! The sales team advised me that this machine can hold my existing SATA drive. I explicitly asked a machine with space to use my SATA hard drive and the *** salesperson approved it at least twice! They have absolutely no idea what they're talking about!

They will say YES to anything you'd ask to sell it! you might as well ask for a laptop that makes coffee and they'll say of course!

Lenovo helped me to make this right and provided me with the missing part for free.

I was conflicted about whether I'll remove this review or not, but I said I'll change it for the better. Their agents are extremely hard to communicate with but it worked out for the better eventually.

User's recommendation: Don't trust the sale agents, thy are useless and just want your money. The Premium Support Plus extra seems to be absolute waste of money. Don't expect much efficiency or care from this company

BEWARE, Got screwed out of 2650 dollars

I had bought a laptop on March 6, 2023. A Lenovo Legion Pro 7 (8th gen), In the ten months I've had it, it has been a complete nightmare.

It had issues within the first week, It had a defective touchpad, then eventually the right fan stopped working after four months, and it soon had a failing motherboard. Got it repaired in June 2023, comes back, seems fine, but they left a couple of things unplugged, a speaker, and also initially then did a terrible job on the liquid metal for the CPU, It would overheat constantly, and I had a speed loss of around 20 to 30%, not getting what I paid for, after them supposedly repairing it. The touchpad was never replaced, and I was essentially left with a ticking time bomb, as eventually, after trying to properly fix the thermal issue, the board decided to fry itself on Christmas Eve. Destroying my Christmas.

I go to send it to their depot on the 28th because I have 3 months left, No response from them for days, only to send me an invoice wanting 3400 DOLLARS for the repair.

Claiming I "dropped" the laptop when I didn't. Tried reasoning with them about getting ADP, they said no you're still screwed. This is more than what I paid for, and they have the audacity to ask me for that much, when they screwed things up on the first repair?! Despite that their bumbling repair center did a terrible job with the repair back in June.

None of the present would have happened in the first place, if they didn't *** the first repair and did their damn job, so my laptop would work like new... Instead, they're sending me back a dead laptop. With no resolve, all thanks to inadequate cooling, and a repair center that doesn't give a crap how much your laptop is.

If they don't like what happened, they'll make you pay a literal ransom. with no reasonable way to resolve it.

Preferred solution: Either the laptop replaced with one that's as good or better than what I had for all the anguish I had to deal with, it being repaired without an issue. Or the entirety of what was paid for it back in March 2023.

User's recommendation: Avoid them like the plague, do not get their gaming laptops, they have idiots running their repair shops.

Issues with display

The call was answered overseas (not in the US, where I am). And the representative's accent was very difficult to understand.

It took about 6 back and forth exchanges just to agree on the serial number I gave her. My issue is my new laptop's screen. It appears muted, not as vivid as my 10-year-old laptop. Otherwise, the Lenovo display has more resolution and objects are more distinct.

I understand this is not an easy issue to explain. Maybe its "just the way they are". Finally, she offered to send me a manual. I thought I would get something more than came with it.

It was basically the quick start manual that came with it. I had looked at or adjusted ever display / graphics possible, before calling. I've been using my old Toshiba because of the display. My ancient desktop has a display that looks like my Toshiba.

Maybe this is normal for the Lenovo. I strongly suggest looking at one in a big box store before making a purchase.

I purchased the in-home next day warranty when I bought my Yoga and have 26 days remaining. Last week, the right hinge broke. Their response is to have me MAIL IT TO THEM with an estimated return of 2 weeks out. Why pay for in-home service? This should be an easy fix. Won't buy Lenovo again.

My pc is not acting right theres too many things that dont work for me to list like no files wont open tabs or cant get results from settings or windows updates its slow to open and always freezing up been like this since I purchased now. Pc is freezing u, wont show me files orupdates , slow to open or wont load tabs. Ive contacted every one I know including Lenovo , Microsoft had quick assist on my pc and its. Rand new only had it today will be 21 days never heard of 14 policy in which I still cant view after asking so many times.how ma y days ago did I first contact Lenovo about these issues have be n facing. Let me check and find out so I get my pc returned to then before they create some other clause.

Online before purchase I was given a different delivery date that suited my needs of getting laptop. Im now being told delivery date is in June.

That is unacceptable to not warn a customer of such a delay prior. I contacted customer service, which was an unresolved matter of contact another department and have to wait 24 to 48 hours. In which online I read several complaints that never happens. I am writing a BBB complaint along with many others.

You think your company would pride better on being top tier and resolving a complaint and not leaving a customer hanging with no clue as to what will happen. Your customer service is poor, not in the sense of rude people, but with the actuality of resolving an issue.

Im curious if I can actually have my questions answered without feeling like Im in a guessing game of will I get my computer on time.

I have no problems with canceling order if you cannot. But you should be able to honestly answer a customers concerns without wait.

Just got the laptop, started setup, it froze on the Microsoft privacy settings page, still frozen hours later, customer service useless, you have to pay 46 dollars a year to use their Ask Help line, so I have had it les than a day and it is worthless, will have to return it, will never buy or consider this brand again and will make sure and tell everyone!!!

It froze 5 minutes into setup on the Microsoft privacy settings page and will not do anything at all now, just stuck on this page, louse customer service when you have to pay for help, guess I will return it Monday and get something else

Lenovo customer complaint

I ordered a laptop from Lenovo online back in October 2023. First it look me 2 weeks to get the order in after calling in and trying once a day for 2 weeks because their system was making an internal error on my address so the purchase order was not being processed on their end.

Finally in week 3 my husband figured it out. Now after 5 months and over 15 calls my purchase order has not been fulfilled! How is this possible. How can you pretend to have products, but are not able to deliver in 5 months ???

This is insane and its super frustrating and disappointing.

Every time I can customer service they just lie to me and tell me -oh your order will be processed in another 30 days. I dont understand how customers service can be so awful and dishonest!!!
