I ordered three Refurbished ThinkPad P73 on the official Lenovo Outlet store in early February and received the packages one week later. However, totally wrong items were sent by Lenovo; the received units were ThinkPad P1, while the packaging list still showed ThinkPad P73. I contacted Lenovo right after received the wrong items, and was told that a member of their order management team would connect me to send me the correct items. However, after waiting for a whole week, there was no any update. I had to contact Lenovo again, and was told that they cannot provide replacement and can only provide full refund. I wasted a lot of time to contact Lenovo representatives and no meaningful solution was provided, instead of keeping on reiterating the same words. I want the correct items, not the refund, this is why I placed the orders in the first place. I felt I was fooled. It was really really frustrating. Lenovo's customer service just cannot provide any meaningful support, except wasting time of their frustrated customers. For me, this is the second time in less than three months with regard to wrong item being sent by Lenovo. I placed an order in last November, but, after a whole month of waiting, received a unit with wrong condition (order was for New, received Refurbished) and wrong spec (order was for 4k touch OLED screen, but received 4k non-touch screen). Lenovo refused to replace with the correct one. After another month of endless and useless communication with Lenovo's representatives, I finally had to give up and accept it with a small amount of compensation rewards, because the model is still the same and the wrong spec is only the screen. Never expected to have the same, even worse experience in such a short time frame. Deals on their official store look more and more like scams. Shopping experience at Lenovo is way worse than other manufactures. For comparison, I had an order on Dell Outlet also in last Nov and the item was also refurbished. The item I received was imperfect and I asked for replacement; later on, though not very soon, Dell provided me a replacement and even better that the replacement unit has a better spec than my order, as a compensation. I do not ask for better spec or whatever compensation from Lenovo, I just want the correct items being shipped for my orders, which is the obligation and very basic commitment that Lenovo, being such a big company, should provide to their customers. I searched online, just figured out that I am not the single victim.

They never send the correct item. Needed a simple battery replacement on a new laptop.

Two weeks later and I am still waiting for my "next day premium service".

They even sent out the wrong repair item a week late. Terrible company

i called again 2nd timedebia in cs asks for sin#transfers me to 2nd person who says she is checking my sin #then says a few inaudible words and hang up a 2nd timei am left with a 900 computer on my desk that I can't use now.i want a rebate for this unjustified stress...

Do not provide any service

I have contacted Lenovo customer care service 12-15 times, but they do not resolve my issue even, I even want to talk with a supervisor, but they do not want me to talk with the supervisor, every time I call them, they do not instruct me What to do with my problems, I have the experience to use high-end gaming pc almost 14 years, but they think I am an idiot. My issue is some portion of the display is not workable, even I change Windows 10 to 11, but the same problem. My laptop does not start sometimes.

Bad customer service

Could not help Set up a new computer having problems sorry I didnt buy a dell the lady kept telling me no one was answering technical assistance line she would try and help me over a hour on the phone I had to seek help from a friend that knows windows to help me set up I am a Mac user and have a new program that requires Windows

NO SUPPORT, POOR QC

NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE Any support for a new product. Phone lines are poor, support staff are not understandable due to the quality of the tel lines, and often disconnect. The Lenovo All in 1 PC arrived just days ago without ANY setup materials. After hours trying support on the tel lines we discovered ON OUR OWN that the keyboard and mouse wireless batteries ere DEAD. Dead IN A NEW pc. IF IT WERE POSSIBLE FOR A RETURN AND REFUND, WE WOULD. IT WAS OUR ERROR CHOOSING LENOVO. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE AT LENOVO.

Cancelled order of Laptop with no reason

Ordered a laptop, spent two weeks chasing for a delivery date to which they then cancelled the order and have been unable to actually receive any help. Spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone who can help. The advisors are honestly the most dishonest, insincere and unhelpful people youll ever have the Ill pleasure of dealing with. Youll be lied to, hung up on and left on hold for you to end the call yourself while they scam someone else. Avoid at all costs and buy from third party if must

Poor sales order processing

(1) Ordered laptop, paid by bank transfer same day, on the basis that the item would be delivered before xmas 2021. (2) 6 days later email from lenovo says order not placed due to funds not received, checked with my bank, funds definitely sent. (3) called lenovo, the standard of spoken english was so poor that they didn't really grasp the issue- these people are too stupid for words. (4) called uk office, equally lame promises and inability to determine if my funds are there or not, asked for refund, just as hopeless. (5)next step is legal action to recover funds.

Got a computer that stopped working after 2 weeks and still don't work properly after the repair

I bought a Lenovo 2 weeks after my purchase the computer stopped working, I sent it to the repair shop it took them 2 weeks to fix and when I got the computer back it has this wired clicking noise , when I contacted customer service they where very unhelpful they told me to send it to the same repair shop and to wait another 2 weeks this is such a problem to have for a new laptop since I work online and I am a grad student . The customer service where very unhelpful and they couldn't understand how a total of 1 month for repair is not acceptable for a new computer, this is the worse purchase I have made and I don't recommend any one by this brand.
