Purchased Lenovo Ideapad 120S. Worked great thru a couple windows 10 upgrades, then suddenly failed when an upgrade was too big. The device is not expandable and customer service was inept. Apparently this device cannot run from a USB flashdrive. I can't say for this for certain, because I got a broken-record response that only covered the intent of the product was to provide access to the internet.
While this may be true from Lenovo's perspective, not being able to update the system means that upgrades designed to plug vulnerabilities in Windows 10 leaves the device exposed to attack from the internet.
Cannot expand memory. Runs painfully slow with Norton protection protection painfully active. If this device were an automobile, I would have to call it a Corvair because it seems unsafe at any speed.
On the plus side: while the customer service receives low marks for in the helpfulness arena, their representative was very understandable and extremely polite (a rarity in the millennial crowd.)
A low price laptop computer, but an over-priced PAPERWEIGHT?
