I have an extended warranty on my Lenovo laptop, which I purchased because the machine (a nearly $2,000 laptop) has repeatedly broken down. I have already had the first laptop replaced after sending it in multiple times for repairs and I am currently attempting to get my second laptop repaired or replaced.

After several weeks of calling Lenovo and scheduling on-site repair appointments (which never happened), I have been told that I will receive a replacement. I have repeatedly called and emailed to confirm this is occurring, but no one will answer my calls, call me back, or return my emails.

This is representative of my entire experience with Lenovo. The customer service is extraordinarily terrible.
