Lenovo - Non stop issues.

They neglected to configure my $1400 computer properly, sent me the wrong mouse and overcharged for the the one they sent, and sent me the wrong power cord. And if you need customer service - good luck. They are either closed or have a 3 hour wait. They stink.

Worst laptop ever! Don’t buy a lenovo!!

Purchased my lenovo laptop from Best Buy, within 1 month, lost the drives to the internet..Best Buy sent it to them which they repaired and took about a month to get back, it constantly and every few seconds completely freezes and nothing can be done except hard shut it down..only to repeat the hard shut down after a minute of it re-booting! They refuse to fix and act like they are so surprised I’m having an issue! I want my money back!!!
