Changed delivery date, unhelpful customer service

Online before purchase I was given a different delivery date that suited my needs of getting laptop. Im now being told delivery date is in June.

That is unacceptable to not warn a customer of such a delay prior. I contacted customer service, which was an unresolved matter of contact another department and have to wait 24 to 48 hours. In which online I read several complaints that never happens. I am writing a BBB complaint along with many others.

You think your company would pride better on being top tier and resolving a complaint and not leaving a customer hanging with no clue as to what will happen. Your customer service is poor, not in the sense of rude people, but with the actuality of resolving an issue.
Im curious if I can actually have my questions answered without feeling like Im in a guessing game of will I get my computer on time.

I have no problems with canceling order if you cannot. But you should be able to honestly answer a customers concerns without wait.

Refund was supposedly approved 11/14 and would be issued in 2-10 days. After several calls, I learned they are still reviewing the refund.

They lie. While their products are good their "customer service " is terrible!!!

Stay away for the holidays

Ordered one entry level tablet; sent a smaller one. Called customer service whi sent a return label.

Return was confirmed on the 14th with an email stating I would receive refund in 2-10 days. Called 14 days later. Took 15 mns for them to find the order and was told "team" was still evaluating the return. Looked for their email which they pulled!!!
Dishonest company.

Too bad since their products are usually good but their "customer service " is a lie.
AVOID for holiday gifts!!! If there's a problem your loved one will see the holidays pass before anything woukd be resolved

Ive treated this computer with extreme care and have used it for just over a year. My warranty recently expired and the machine started overheating and stopped working.

I am not pleased with Lenovos customer service, apparently they decide when my case is closed. I will never buy another machine from this company.

I spent nearly $5000 on this laptop thinking I could use it for 3 years. Absolutely terrible, dont buy this product.
