Dear Greg Brethour Customer Care Case Manager 919-294-0398 Email: reply directly to this email who is the head of customer relations said that since i sent my cpu to be fizxed and it was only a broken power suply came back well the power suply was still not fixed oh and my case it cracked and not even on right oh also my usb and sd card ports dont work and alot of other *** well he sent me a email and a voice mail he didnt want to take my evidence i had a the time i tried and i tried i got fake number which led to walmart gift card calls being told ur case is escating every day and there waiting to call u from this day its been mounts i tried to wait cool down and get ahold of someone else well today i was told good like with BBB and a lawyer cuz they have better ones and they dont need to talk or tell me anything nor do they have to look at what i have nor did they what i want is the highest ceo and if not i promisis that dy900 through ur *** window greg its a 3000 doller papperwaight right now and its been that way cause of ur company and u wont even look into it just my word is law give me liberty or give me death oh also fire greg why cause he cant do his *** job i also have audio and video of the convos i had with this *** going on and i told them im allowed to do that in my state as long as i tell them and they still went on talking knowing they were being recorded i did this incase there audio phone calls went missing you *** and robbed the wrong person lenovo i got nothing better to do than make sure u go out of buissness

Preferred solution: new cpu full refund a apology and since i cant talk to no one else i want punitive damages since none of u can do ur job punitive damages, Greg Brethour do ur job and i want a hand written apology from u specificly and ur *** fired.
I didn't like: Being cheated, How they handle returns and refunds, False promises, Greg brethour, Rude and greedy services.
