I have recently bought a Lenovo mobile. A 10-15 days after purchase the mobile became a switch off. I woudn't turn on and respond to any thing. I couldn't solve it with steps provided in this forum. So i took it to the service center. They kept it for 2-3 days. I asked them they shall change the mobile since it is newly bought and i dont want my new mobile be a repaired mobile. They said we wont change it. we will reapair it and it takes 3 to 4 weeks. I want to complaint to lenovo costumer care department for this kind of treatment and get a fresh mobile as i think i deserve it.
